SLM Platform helps community-association management companies handle resident move requests, owner lease requests, and sale/purchase paperwork in one place, connected to the accounting system they already use.
For residents and owners
Use the move or lease request link your management company provides. You’ll get a private tracking link by email so you can follow your request, upload documents, and see decisions as they happen.
For management company staff
Review and approve requests, route leases to the board, collect certificates of insurance, and keep fees and tenant records in step with your accounting system. Access is by invitation from your company administrator.
